AIDOLS builds AI avatar experiences that let you interact with digital twins of public figures. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Platform features described below are provided by AIDOLS through its hosting and authentication partners; this page is app documentation, not an independent certification or legal agreement.

Information we collect

  • Account information: email address, display name, username, profile photo, and language preference.
  • Conversation data: chat messages, voice/audio inputs, and session metadata used to power the AI avatar experience.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device type, and usage logs for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the AIDOLS service.
  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • Monitor conversations for safety, moderation, and quality.
  • Respond to support requests and legal obligations.

Sharing and subprocessors

We rely on trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and analytics. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only when necessary to operate the service and only under appropriate contractual protections.

Current subprocessors include cloud infrastructure and authentication providers used by AIDOLS.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period as required for security and legal purposes.

Your choices

  • Update your profile information from the in-app profile page.
  • Request a copy of or deletion of your data.
  • Stop using the service at any time; this will end new data collection.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the service is used. Analytics data is used only to improve the product and is not linked to marketing trackers without your consent.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring. No online service can guarantee complete security, so we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials safe.

Children

AIDOLS is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of AIDOLS after changes means you accept the revised policy.
