Agreement to terms

By accessing or using AIDOLS, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the service. These terms form an agreement between you and the app owner regarding your use of AIDOLS.

Description of service

AIDOLS provides AI-powered digital twin experiences that allow users to interact with simulated personas of public figures. The service includes chat, voice, and related features that may change from time to time. We do not represent that any digital twin is affiliated with, endorsed by, or identical to the real-world individual it is styled after unless explicitly stated.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use AIDOLS.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep it updated.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear to be inactive or fraudulent.

Acceptable use

You agree to use AIDOLS only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or generation of harmful, threatening, or illegal content.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's systems or security measures.
  • Impersonating another person, entity, or automated system.
  • Using the service to collect personal information about others without their consent.

Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, and materials provided by AIDOLS are owned by the app owner or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by these terms or applicable law.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service, but you grant AIDOLS a limited license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

User-generated content

You are solely responsible for any messages, prompts, or other content you submit through AIDOLS. We may monitor, review, or remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. We do not guarantee that any content will be retained for any specific period.

Payments and subscriptions

Some features of AIDOLS may require payment or a subscription. All fees are described at the point of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of paid features.

Disclaimer of warranties

AIDOLS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Digital twins are AI simulations and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIDOLS and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AIDOLS at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately end.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of AIDOLS after changes means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the app owner is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AIDOLS will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
